Privacy Notice

What information we collect:

Details about you for the purposes of administering the Stroud Local Strategic Partnership (LSP) and for publication on the LSP website including name, email address, work telephone number and/or mobile number, job title, workplace, meeting minutes.

Purpose for which the information is being sought:

  1. To administer LSP meetings
  2. To enable Council officers to contact you regarding LSP matters
  3. To maintain a register of LSP members

Information will be held in the following forms:

  1. Paper
  2. Electronic document retention system
  3. The LSP website (photos, name, job title, workplace)

The information will be used:

  • A -  To administer LSP meetings and in relation to your role as a member of the LSP
  • B - In accordance with your consent (e.g. when taking your photograph

The time the information will be held:

  • Meeting notes will be kept for six years in line with other council meetings.
  • Membership information remains published for as long as it is relevant. Changes will be amended promptly on the LSP website.
  • Photos will be kept as stock images until they no longer serve a purpose or the subjects request deletion.

  • Published information may be in the public domain and no longer controllable

The membership of the LSP is published on the LSP website.  Ahead of each quarterly 
meeting
Meeting notes and presentations are published on the LSP website. After the meeting has 
taken place
Contact details are held on the Council’s document retention 
system which is open to view by Council officers.
